The hotel was nicely situated near a beautiful nature reserve. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The staff was helpful and accommodating, willing to assist us with finding transportation to the nature reserve. The laundry service was affordable and convenient.

There was a language barrier, as the hotel staff had limited English skills.

Clean and nice place to stay. Bit aside from a downtown but has a good access to a couple of eateries just a few bus stops away. Internal cafe is pretty good too btw. Staff are keen to help with directions but it seem to be a local problem as neither locations were found according to local ppl directions:) One of the reception girls has bluest eyes ever seen in my life.

The Sky Hotel is a rather new hotel. The rooms a well equipped and bathrooms have very good facilities for russian standards.

Even though the description of the hotel said, that it is situated right at the banks of river Enisej, the hotel itself is in reality 2 km or 5 bus stops away from the river. We chose this hotel only because of this description. Actually this is a fake of the hotel description!!! The neighborhood is rather bad and dodgy, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a car on your own. Not one member of the staff spoke English, which made communication rather difficult. Furthermore, they were just little helpful with needs of a tourist. They couldn't provide a map of the city, told us wrong directions, didn't know important sightseeing points of the city (E.G. Stolby National Park, Chapel that is shown on the 10 Rubel note) and were sometimes just unwilling to help us further. Room wasn't cleaned and bathtwowels weren't exchanged after the first day.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the room rate and the sauna upon payment of a small fee. The hotel was located in a quite part of town, about 10-15 minutes away from the city center by bus. the staff was helpful in accommodating an early check-in request.

My experience was dampened by the very limited English language skills of the staff. Communication was a challenge and there was a mix-up with my reservation.

Clean and modern hotel. Good business location. Affordable laundry service. Possibility to check in early. Direct bus to Stolby National Park. Helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Sauna available for additional cost.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a great stay at a hotel in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and proximity to the Stolby nature reserve. The hotel was modern and provided breakfast. There was also affordable access to a sauna. The staff was helpful and even assisted us with a previous reservation issue.
